About ghida perfumes: An olfactive postcard created and founded by Ghida Minkara, a fragrance entrepreneur, creator and artistic director of ghida perfumes. She offers this first collection concocted out of NYC of fragrances based on rich olfactive memories and cultural heritage of growing up in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and her life in America. Her first fragrance collection is an expression of her passion for fragrance and of her memories of Lebanon. Ghida expresses her deep understanding of the beauty of nature, the power of storytelling and the pure joy of smelling something beautiful.

In this role, I was the head of launching the brand’s first social media platforms. I then was in charge of ideating, designing, and posting on these platforms for the brand’s overall reach, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and sales. I developed a narrative for the brand and then experimented with storytelling through trendy videos, dreamy stills, and eye-catching and engaging graphics. I developed various formats such as reels, carousels, and stories to continuously keep content fresh and consistent. In addition, I tracked analytics of these posts to strategically build and adjust where needed to better optimize the brand’s visibility. I also directed and produced photoshoots for the brand to help professionally elevate the content. I also helped construct initial design ideas for newsletters and created graphics for the website.

I also led and managed communications with any and all influencers in order to develop a loyal and engaged audience for the brand . I helped promote discounts, giveaways, and samplings to our influencer audience, while also facilitated asking influencers to create content for us to share and repost about the samples they received and their initial and honest thoughts of the product.

Each month, I was able to grow the brand’s following and engagement by 80-90% since it’s genesis in January 2025.

I sat in on weekly business calls to coordinate and brainstorm plans for improving the brand’s marketing plans not just digitally but also physically at pop ups and events that Ghida, the founder, would attend.
